Remarks

To remove and black out content programmatically use the following functions:

RemoveContentAndBlackOutResources - removes and blacks out page content
RemoveText(TextRegion[]) - removes text
RemoveAnnotations(RectangleF[]) - removes annotations
ClearImages(RectangleF[]) - blacks out image resources
RemoveVectorGraphics(RectangleF[]) - removes vector graphics
ClearRect(Rectangle) - blacks out rectangle on image resource
ClearPath(IGraphicsPath) - blacks out path on image resource

Important! - PDF document must be packed (Pack) after content removal otherwise the removed content can be restored.
