Re: Check if Device is available without Dialogs?
Yes, i think TWAIN is very old. Back then it was fine but then they forgot to put some modern features to it. Anyway - if i know it's not possible i can stop searching for it. That helps too Thank you

Re: Check if Device is available without Dialogs?
Yeah - but if the device is not connected (or switched off) there comes a Message before i can catch the error by myself. I think that's right from the TWAIN-Interface so we cannot get around that (what means: We cannot filter out devices that are not connected - If TWAIN thinks they are there we ha...

Re: Set Default Scanner-Device without Dialog?
Ah, OK, so it's a limitation of TWAIN - Good to know.
I think i need to store some other settings too, so i can save the device-name too.
Thank you

Now i see a lot of entries because every driver installs more than one dev...

Set Default Scanner-Device without Dialog?
In the Advanced Twain Demo you can set the Default-Scanner via a Dialog: deviceManager.ShowDefaultDeviceSelectionDialog() Is there a way to set the Default Device without that Dialog? I have a Scanner-Dialog (with Scan-Button, Preview, etc.) where the user can select the Device out of the Device-Lis...

Re: ThumbnailViewer - Disable Gradient-Style?
I'm sorry for the very late feedback but now i'm back on the scannen-function of our software :) Yes, i mean the ThumbnailViewer but i'm not on WPF but on WindowsForms (Vintasoft.Imaging.UI.ThumbnailViewer) Here i can set the ThumbnailAppearance (and also the Selected-/NotReady- ones). But there are...

ThumbnailViewer - Disable Gradient-Style?
Hi,
the ThumbnailViewer is using a soft gradient for the selected-color and the hover-color.
Is there a way to disable the gradient to get just the solid color i've set via the properties?
thanks
Boris
