Hello Bill,

You need the Single Developer or Site license for usage of VintaSoftTwain ActiveX in MS Access.
You need the Server license for usage of VintaSoftTwain ActiveX in JavaScript (web application).
Please read the license for more info: http://www.vintasoft.com/vstwain-license.html
What is the syntax of the register command for MS Access?
Please contact support at support@vintasoft.com or http://www.vintasoft.com/support.php with questions about licensing and registration of the product.

Best regards, Alexander
