Hi all

I try to use VintaSoft Twain 8 to replace Leadtools in my application. This works fine for me, but our customer has a HP scanjet 8200.
With that, the brightness and contrast settings can not be set, because of "Capability is not supported Name=IBrightness" exception.
Unfortunatly, using the old application with Leadtools instead of VintaSoft, that works.

I use Vintasoft.Twain.dll 8.1.1.7 on XP (32bit), programmed in C# using .Net 4.

Has anybody a hint for me?

I need more info about the issue:

• Please send me a snippet of your code. Make sure you are trying to set the brightness only for palette or color images.
• Please send me a list of capabilities supported by driver of scanner. Maybe you have used another driver of scanner when you used LeadTools library?

List of capabilities can be get from our Twain Advanced Demo: run the demo, select the scanner and press the "Get Source info" button.
