index: The index of the start page to remove.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	Thrown if startIndex is less than zero or greater than Pages.Count.
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	Thrown if count is less than one or greater than Pages.Count - startIndex.
