Initializes a new instance of the PdfEncoder class.

Syntax

createNewFile: A value indicating whether a new PDF file should be created.

Remarks

The following initial parameters of encoder will be used:
- Settings.Compression = PdfImageCompression.Auto
- Settings.JpegQuality = 70
