and want to rotate the image with annotations inside the viewer?

I use the arrow as annotation.
I changed the properties

.CanMirror = False
.CanMove = False
.CanResize = False
.CanRotate = False

but the proportions of the arrow can still be changed in the viewer?

I installed the latest version 8.6.11.1
I added a contextmenue to the annotionviewer.
The contextmenue should be shown, when I click right mousebutton, but it does not.
On the thumbnailviewer it works!
