Hi,
I am trying to copy and paste annotations from a PDF document to a different PDF document in my application.
I am unable to use the Copy and Paste UI actions because I want to specify where they are to be placed when I am pasting.
When I perform the copy, I add the annotations that I want to copy into a List of annotations and then add the annotations to the document when I paste. This is working fine.
However, when I unload the document, and load a new document, I loose reference to the annotations in my copy list. I want to keep the list of the annotations so I can paste them into the newly loaded document.
Is there a way I can do this?
Thanks
Harlan

Hi Harlan,
You need to create a temporary PDF document and copy annotation to the temporary document from source PDF document if you want to close the source PDF document before inserting copied annotation into destination PDF document.
Best regards, Alexander
