free Single URL license

Hello,

I'm planning to use the VintaSoft Twain .Net SDK solution in a customer project. It's a web project, and one of its functions allows you to scan a file directly from a browser. According to the END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT page, the license I need to purchase is a Single URL license.
Paragraph 3.5.3 mentions that the license allows you to obtain another Single URL license for free for testing on a test environment.
My question is how can I request the second test license after purchasing the production license?
