Windows service printing pdf issue

We have a windows service that is using vintasoft to print pdfs. It is working fine on most computers with a variety of printers including local and remote but on one particular computer, even when printing to a usb connected local printer, the document appears in the printer queue and immediately disappears. Has anyone seen this before and have any ideas what to look for with respect to how that computer is set up that could cause this? Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello,

Please try to test your printer with other software (Adobe Reader, Foxit, etc) and see the result.

If other software will print PDF document correctly, please check rendered images, which your application sends to the printer.
