Font decoration in Annotation Textbox

Is is possible to do Font decoration in the Annotation Textbox? For example, I'd like to add annotation like:

Wikipedia
A wiki is a collection of Web pages designed
to enable anyone with access to contribute...

You want to use some texts with different fonts in the single annotation. Have I understood you correctly?
