Sorry my question was not exact.
I added annotions to an image or PDF. (that works)
I want to add PDF-bookmarks in the annotion- or image-viewer and save it as PDF.

						Please do the following steps:
- Run our PDF Editor Demo v8.4
 - Open multipage PDF document
 - Select the "Annotations / Form Fields" tab
 - Select the Edit mode in the "Interaction Mode" group
 - Select "Link" annotation on the "Annotations" tab and add annotation to a PDF page, the "Create Action" dialog will appear
 - Select "Goto Action" in the "Create Action" dialog, click "Ok" button - the "Goto Action Editor" dialog will appear
 - Select the necessary page index and position in the "Goto Action Editor" dialog, click "Ok" button - Link annotation will appear on PDF page
 - Select the Markup mode in the "Interaction Mode" group
 - Click on Link annotation on PDF page and you will be navigated to another PDF page
 - Save changes in PDF document if necessary
