We are proud to announce the release of new major version 12.3 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK and related Annotation, PDF, JBIG2, JPEG2000, Document Cleanup, OCR, DICOM, Forms Processing and Office Plug-ins.
The first most important new feature of this version is the cross-platform support for Windows, Linux and macOS in .NET 8.
The second important new feature of this version is the significant improvements in the web document viewer.
Web document viewer now allows to rotate, resort and delete pages.
The modified document can be saved to the original file or exported to a PDF or TIFF file.
Also new UI controls and dialogs have been added.
Also now web document viewer can work with a document that is hosted on another server - in this case HTTP range-requests are used to work with the file, i.e. the entire file is not uploaded to the application server.
The third important new feature of this version is the ability to linearize PDF documents.
Also now it is possible to embed information for long-term validation (LTV) of a digital signature in a PDF document.
The 4th important new feature of this version is the ability to comment annotations in web document viewer.
The 5th important new feature of this version is an advanced image processing command, which allows you to correct perspective distortions, remove borders and straighten a document image.
The 6th important new feature of this version is the ability to "fill and sign" PDF document.
