We are proud to announce the release of new major version 14.0 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK and related Annotation, PDF, JBIG2, JPEG2000, Document Cleanup, OCR, DICOM, Forms Processing and Office Plug-ins.
The first most important new feature of this version is the cross-platform support for Windows, Linux and macOS in .NET 9.
The second important new feature of this version is the ability to view DICOM MPR in web DICOM viewer:
- View reconstructed images
- Combine 3 image viewers for displaying 3D MPR
- Combine 2 image viewers for displaying Curved MPR
- Browse reconstructed images in image viewer using mouse
- Change the window level of reconstructed image in image viewer using mouse
- Zoom reconstructed image in image viewer using mouse
- Measure objects (line, polyline, ellipse, angle) on reconstructed image in image viewer using mouse
The third important new feature of this version is the ability to convert HTML document to a DOCX document (external CSS-styles are not supported yet but will be available in near time). Also new version allows to convert RTF document to a DOCX document.
The fourth important new feature of this version is JavaScript UI-control WebPdfDocumentEditorControlJS that allows to view, print, redact, verify, convert, save PDF document in HTML5 web browser:
- JavaScript UI control that works in all major HTML5 web browsers
- User interface is compatible with personal computers, tablets and smartphones
- Open file from URL without uploading the file data to the application's web server (file data streaming by request)
- View PDF pages, multipage view mode is supported
- View thumbnails of PDF pages
- Print PDF document
- Select text in PDF document
- Search text in PDF document with ability to highlight searched text
- Fill interactive form in PDF document with ability to upload the filled PDF document
- Apply redaction marks to PDF document
- Remove and swap pages in processed document
- Verify PDF document to conformance with PDF/A
- Convert PDF document to PDF/A document
- Compress PDF document
- Save changes (reorder pages, annotations, form fields) in processed document
- "Standard" dialogs (print dialog, document password dialog, etc) for Bootstrap and JQuery UI
- User interface can be customized
- User interface is available in 45 languages and can be easily translated into any new language
