We are proud to announce the release of new major version 14.1 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK and related Annotation, PDF, JBIG2, JPEG2000, Document Cleanup, OCR, DICOM, Forms Processing and Office Plug-ins.
The first most important new feature of this version is that now JavaScript UI-control WebPdfDocumentEditorControlJS allows to edit text content of PDF document in a web browser:
- Split the text content of PDF page into text blocks
- Add a new text block to PDF page
- Copy/paste a text block on PDF page
- Delete a text block from PDF page
- Change the text in text block
- Change the style (font name, font size, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, horizontal text alignment, text color) for text in text block
- Undo/redo changes of text content on PDF page
The second important new feature of this version is the ability to convert DOCX document into HTML document, ODT document into DOCX document, ODS document into XLSX document. Also there were improved convertors from HTML document to DOCX document, from RTF document to DOCX document.
The third important new feature of this version are newly created SVG decoder, PSD decoder and encoder.
The fourth important new feature of this version is the new Ink-annotation, which represents a set of hand-drawn lines, along with the ability to annotate JPEG2000 images. Also we added the ability to erase annotations or points of line-annotations from an image in image viewer.
Finally, the fifth important new feature of this version is the ability to recognize templates of OMR-marks in template of document form. This feature allows significantly speed up and simplify the process of document form template creation.
