We are proud to announce the release of new major version 15.2 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK and related Annotation, PDF, JBIG2, JPEG2000, Document Cleanup, OCR, DICOM, Forms Processing and Office Plug-ins.
The first most important new feature of this version is the cross-platform support for Windows, Linux, and macOS in .NET 11.
The second most important new feature in this version is the creation of a decoder for Email-files (EML, MSG):
- Render Email-file.
- Print Email-file (vector, raster).
- Extract and search text in Email-file.
- Convert a Email-file to a HTML-file with attachments.
- Convert a Email-file to a PDF-file with attachments.
- Convert a Email-file to a DOCX-file with attachments.
The third most important new feature in this version is the creation of our own HTML rendering engine with CSS support:
- Render simple and medium-complexity HTML documents.
- Print HTML document (vector, raster).
- Extract and search text in HTML document.
- Convert a HTML-document to a PDF-file or any other image/document format supported by the SDK..
The fourth most important new feature in this version is the ability to recognize bordered tables in document images. It is now possible to scan a paper document containing text and tables and convert the scanned image into a PDF or DOCX document that includes both text and tables.
