TWAIN specification allows to determine page side but not all devices (drivers) support this. For getting information about page side of scanned image you need to get an extended image information with identifier ExtendedImageInfoId.PageSide from TWAIN device. Please run VintaSoft TWAIN Extended Image Info Demo and check if your TWAIN device supports an extended image information.
