You can distribute Vintasoft.Shared.js, Vintasoft.Shared.d.ts, Vintasoft.Twain.js, Vintasoft.Twain.d.ts, VintasoftWebTwainService-15.1.2.zip, VintasoftWebTwainService-15.1.2.deb and VintasoftWebTwainService-15.1.2.rpm files from VintaSoft Twain .NET SDK as part of your application only if you have got a license for the SDK.
