Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ObjectDisposedException	Thrown if device is disposed.
TwainInvalidStateException	Thrown if device is transferring images.
DebuggerException	Thrown if the .NET debugger is used and the function evaluation requires all threads to run.

Remarks

Call this method only when device is opened (State == DeviceState.Opened) or device is enabled (State == DeviceState.Enabled).

Important: Do not call this method when device is transferring images (State == DeviceState.TransferReady or State == DeviceState.Transferring) - you need to cancel transfer with the CancelTransfer method and only then call this method.
