Exception	Description
System.ArgumentNullException	Thrown if fieldTemplateType OR fieldTemplateViewType is null.
System.ArgumentException	Thrown if fieldTemplateType is not derived from FormFieldTemplate OR fieldTemplateViewType is not derived from WpfFormFieldTemplateView OR fieldTemplateViewType is abstract type OR fieldTemplateViewType does not contain a public constructor with a single parameter derived from FormFieldTemplate.
