Parameters

pageIndex: The zero based page index.
rect: Rectangle on source image.
scale: Scale factor.
decodingSettings: Decoding settings.
renderingSettings: Rendering settings.

intermediateImageRequest: Delegate for requesting intermediate image. Can be set to null (Nothing in Visual Basic)

Return Value

Scaled rectangle of vector image.
