Gets or sets the count of steps for decoding of image.

Property Value
0 - value of property is set to
System.Environment.ProcessorCount.
1 - entire image is decoded;
N - image divided by N regions, regions of image are decoded independently.
This property has effect only if decoder supports decoding of images with regions.
