Parameters

filename

The name of the image file.

mode

A FileMode constant that determines how to open or create the image file.

TIFF file will be opened with System.IO.FileAccess.Read access if mode is System.IO.FileMode.Open; otherwise, TIFF file will be opened with System.IO.FileAccess.ReadWrite access.
