Parameters

formatter

The formatter that should be used for serializing/deserializing of annotations.

sessionDataStorage

A data storage that stores images.

This constructor will create a service, which will not clear cache of of thumbnails and image tiles when image with annotations rotated or burned. Also new service will not cache annotation collections.
