System.ArgumentNullException	Thrown if workingDirectory is null or empty.
System.FormatException	Thrown if workingDirectory contains invalid characters.
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException	Thrown if workingDirectory does not exist.
System.ArgumentException	Thrown if storage created by CreateSessionDataStorage(String) cannot store System.IO.Stream object.
