Sets the level to convert pixels with lighter luminance to white for adaptive binarization mode.

Syntax

var instance = new Vintasoft.Imaging.ImageProcessing.WebBinarizeCommandJS();

returnValue = instance.set_ConvertToWhiteLevel(value);

   valueValid values are from 0.0 to 1.0. Default value is 1.0.
