Gets a value indicating whether dialog must show UI-elements, which allow to export annotations with file.

Return Value
A value indicating whether dialog must show UI-elements, which allow to export annotations with file. Default value is true if web document viewer contains web annotation viewer; otherwise, the default value is false.
