WebTextSelectionToolJS fires this event in the following situations:

• Request for getting information about text region of specified image was failed. In this case eventArgs will have the following parameters:
  
  • description (string): "Get text region" string constant.
  • errorMessage (string): Error message.
  • image (object): The WebImageJS object, from image viewer collection.
