Gets a value indicating whether the manager is initializing.

var value; // Type: boolean
value = instance.get_IsInitializing();

function get_IsInitializing() : boolean;

Return Value

true - manager is initializing; false - manager is not initializing.

WebInteractionAreaAppearanceManagerJS.beginInit and WebInteractionAreaAppearanceManagerJS.endInit.
